Our split hopper barges are designed to carry materials such as stone, sea rock or any other material, to be discharged at designated sites.

It has a system of gates at the bottom of the boat that allows the ship to divide and discharge the material quickly.

With the aim of forming the ideal working equipment for dredging activities Coasts & Ports Contractors has two (2) Split Hopper Barges.

The capacity of the hoppers combine perfectly with the two units that allow to maintain the continuous operations of the discharge of material, whether dredged by a dredge backhoe equipment or any discharge of material on mainland.

The mobilization of the barges is carried out with selected tug boats according to their load and navigability conditions.
